We accept refunds and exchanges.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return and Exchange Instructions
If the item was damaged in transit or if the item is faulty contact us through support and you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange.
As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item, contact us at email@example.com and we'll send you the correct item as soon as we can at no extra charge.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If your order is damaged during shipping due to product defects, we will replace the damaged product at no cost to you. If you receive your order and it is incorrect or missing merchandise, then we will send out the correct or missing product, and in some situations, we might ask that you return to us the product that you did not order. In all cases, we will ensure the correct product is entered into our system and shipped to you, and if applicable, we will discuss with you the return of the incorrect or damaged item(s).
If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us, and we will try to respond within 24 business hours.
Edit Order Policy
We're not able to edit orders once they've been placed. If you need to make changes or request a cancellation, please out to us ASAP with the details and we'll do our very best to take care of it.
